1st 5 minutes
1. Take a deep breath and relax
2. Take another deep breath and now concentrate on this dot below
3. Silently chant “I love you” “I Thank You” in repetition for 5 minutes. Say it as many times at a rhythm of your choice.
4. After 5 minutes simply, let go and just keep concentrating on the dot
5. Be a witness to the thoughts that are coming now without thinking or chanting anything. Just silently witness. Feel the calm, the chain of beautiful thoughts that are coming. Divinity is pure bliss and as you concentrate on the dot just know only loving, beautiful, peaceful thoughts come from Divine.
This exercise not only elevates your mood by getting you in a state of gratitude and love but also develops concentration and mind power.
