I have a small exercise that will bring you instant results.
You already know the power of thoughts. Our thoughts are creative. They create our world. Which means better quality thoughts projected from your mind projector=better world.
Instead of trying to change content of thoughts and making it positive, a better idea is to turn “on” the source of positive thoughts.
The best source of positive thoughts is LOVE.
Love will draw an elephant through a key-hole
Now let’s start the exercise
All you have to do is
Without pausing for reflection, write as many endings for that sentence as you can in two minutes. Aim for at least 8 endings or even more.
Write down whatever comes instantly
Please do complete the sentence to make it grammatically correct because you will be referring to it later
