Releasing judgements on Body Image

Judgements, blame, self hatred for yourself, your body, self neglect….. This is a part of the Mind Matrix that forever keeps you stuck.   So you get a new chin to get approval or  a new nose to win approval  and keeps you in the chase for more changes to your body for approval.

Think of it as a pattern in the mind matrix as

Once you change this= You will be sexy and cool
whereas the TRUTH is YOU ARE ALREADY SEXY, COOL, AWESOME, JUST AS YOU ARE.

To get the truth do this exercise
Now think about 3 changes you already done. Did they give you the feelings of Enoughness, Sexiness beyond a short while?

Write down your experience to find the truth.

Do you feel sexy and enough about yourself when you see the mirror now?

There is another way to make change ease. It is by ACCEPTANCE, by LOVING YOURSELF JUST YOU WE ARE
Noteworthy is CHANGE IS THE NATURE OF EVOLUTION.  Change for better, out of a sense of celebrating your wholness. Change out of a need for approval is fruitless.  In other words Love and Self Acceptance its about enjoying Your Present, Your Journey, as well as Your Future.

If you are over weight, it easy to reduce weight once you so choose.  SIMPLY BY THAT FREE WILL OF CHOICE. Notice the words SIMPLY BY CHOICE NOT out of want of approval.  Choosing to lose weight  by trying to get approval OR out of a sense you are not enough is like a mind matrix. It forever keeps you stuck. Even if you reduce weight that way such a “unenoughness” pattern in the Mind Matrix will create more reasons why you shouldn’t love yourself unless you make that change, this change.  It’s an endless bluff game of mind matrix.

 

How to Love Self

So start now just as you by loving yourself.  See Miracles Happen to yourself

Step 1. Take an image of yourself right now, exactly the way you are look OR look into the mirror.

Step 2. Write down the all the judgements that come up. Simply write down all the judgements as a pure witness. Be a   PURE WITNESS…. just as you would write down all that judgement data as a stenographer.

Step 3. Notice how do these judgments make you feel…. See the havoc self hatred is doing in your body, your relationships, your life.

Step 4. Focus on your heart….and say
I am ready to purge these judgements about myself forever. Still focused on the Heart. My Higher Self please help me release these judgements forever. I release these judgements…and let them be transmuted into Divine Light and love.
Step 5. Notice how you feel. Focus on your heart and say “Thank You for this Face, this body, this health” even the weight just as it is…… and See it with eyes Appreciation.   Imagine you are in a world where YOU CAN ONLY AND ONLY APPRECIATE your body just as it is.   Look at those sagging breasts or that paunch with Loving Eyes of Appreciation.

It may not be easy to appreciate that paunch at 1st. But even riding your bike wasn’t easy when you 1st rode it.  Even learning to brush your teeth took time and persistence.

Some Tips to get a better release

1.   Which that part of you body that you hate the most?

2.  What is your biggest shortcoming in your body in your mind?

3.   What would you term as Unsexy about yourself?

4. What is the worst comment you have received about yourself?

These judgements keep the energy of self hatred stuck in the body.  Clear them.

Get those abs if you so choose or those perky breasts if you choose simply by your free will of choice, of celebrating life, celebrating being yourself NOT out of a sense of wanting approval, which is a fruitless and endless pursuit.  Even enjoying that experience of sculpting your body.  It’s like having the cake and eating it too. Best of both words. Self love is like that.

NOTE:  KEEP FOCUS ON YOUR HEART WHILE YOU RELEASE.  This is a Heart Centric exercise.  The mind matrix doesn’t understand Love and Appreciation. It doesn’t understand Perfection and Wholeness.  Mind matrix works on 3d model of reality   love-hate, inside-outside, up-down.  Wholeness is in the Heart.

Say these words into your heart “I am whole, perfect and complete” and see how you feel.
