For men who can stay without sex
Keep your thoughts focused on “post desire manifestation life script”
Just work on your life script and you will notice your concentration levels have gone up. You are internally aroused and can focus on your desire better. You are able to visualize better and concentrate better.
For men who just can’t stay without sex
What is you wish to manifest? $100000 or that dream girl. Arouse yourself like you would when you see ur lover. Make love to your objective as if it’s already with you. If its money, give it form, feel sexy about it and feel the love for it.
Now for men. Know this there is a difference between an orgasm and ejaculation. Orgasm is an internal thing, it gets you to that peak. Ejaculation is when it spills outside. There is a difference of few seconds and this is where you need to control. Now the exercise is to stop when you reach the peak by pressing something called the PC muscle. When you are aroused you are a tiger, when you reach peak you are a super creator, yet when you ejaculate you lose that energy.
So the exercise is about arousing yourself about your desire, enjoy it, enjoy its sensations, the feel, the taste, the colors, everything, the ambiance. Reach your peak, then simply withdraw and don’t ejaculate. Do it couple of times and see how it feels. You will have a heightened sense of energy and feel better.
For women
Women are luckier in this aspect as they don’t expel that much energy when they ejaculate. So you need to work on the post manifestation euphoria and arouse yourself. In other words you are adding a very very heightened feeling to your desire, feeling it and living it in the moment.

And for the author, you bring out thoughtful points of sex energy, but as one commenter said, sometimes things can go wrong, and I think the whole processes should not be all about the physical action of sex. Some aspects of it must have love and emotion as talked about in Hill’s book.
I’m a man in my thirties and am often aroused by women day and night and actually shoot my seed an awful lot. I tried not to ejaculate for a period of time on two occasions and only lasted ten days before I had to do it. I literally couldn’t concentrate on anything but sex.
I’m interested to learn how to use this powerful energy. Also, with a former whom I fancied A LOT I would struggle to hold my ejaculation but would come over and over again with her. I had a less appealing partner more recently and I really wasn’t all that bothered about ejaculating at all. It was interesting the difference in that.

Well, I find it funny that this article has it wrong about sex transmutation. I just read Hill’s book and especially focused a lot on sex transmutation chapter and I get the firm impression many people don’t grasp the essentials.
Sex transmutation is not about the act of sex. It’s not about penetration, nor ejaculating, nor feeling good physically. I’m yet to start with MKTR yet I’ve read in LOS that many a successful man has been of highly sexual nature e.g. Ford, Einstein, even M. Gandhi admitted his carnal desires when he was young(though he learned to control them as he matured).
