Step 2 Say to yourself “Oh! this is just a thought” I am NOT this thought
Step 3 Focus on your breath and say
“Thank You, I am whole, perfect and complete in this moment”
By simply refusing to identify with the thought you are breaking a habit on becoming one with your thoughts. In truth you cannot be your thoughts. 60,000 thoughts in a day definitely can’t be you. You are eternal love, far far far bigger and magnificent than your thoughts.
Another TRUTH is that this MOMENT really is virgin if you don’t connect it with the bandwidth of the past or the future failures.
